At Body by Raven Tracy, we want you to feel confident and empowered in every piece you purchase. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns for store credit within 14 days of delivery provided items are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return for store credit.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the garment is free of makeup, deodorant, or signs of wear.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, you will receive an E-Gift Card via email within 5-7 business days to use on your next purchase.
